Privacy policy
This notice explains how Vresiana Malaysia ("we", "us") handles your personal data when you use this website, order from us or contact us, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Who we are: Lavan Perfume Sdn. Bhd. (1503106-X), which runs Vresiana Malaysia, the official Vresiana franchise in Malaysia.
Office: D-3A-6, Megan Avenue 1, 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, the products you choose and your payment confirmation.
- When you contact us (WhatsApp, phone, email or the forms on this website): your name, phone number or email, and your message.
- Mall and franchise enquiries: your name, company or mall, city and contact details.
- On this website: your bag and voucher are saved only in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Visit statistics: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We only see totals, such as how many people visited, which pages they viewed and which site they came from (for example Instagram or Google).
Why we use it
- To confirm, prepare, deliver and support your order, including returns and exchanges.
- To answer your questions and enquiries.
- To tell you about offers, only if you have agreed to it. You can stop these messages at any time by replying "STOP" or asking us.
- To understand, from anonymous visit totals, how people find and use our website, so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We only share what is needed with:
- delivery companies, to send your order;
- payment providers, to take your payment;
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there;
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and counts visits anonymously;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting, and other messages only as long as we need them to help you. After that we delete them.
How we protect it
Only staff who need your data to serve you can see it, and we take reasonable steps to keep it safe from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. You can also withdraw your consent, although we may then be unable to complete an order. Write to us and we will reply within 21 days.
Language
This notice is available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. If the two differ, the English version applies.
